Any way you slice it, feeding your babe will take a lot a heart and a lot of work. When I went back to work full time, I was lucky to be able to pump. Three times a day I would position myself in my little closet space and hook myself up to the only pump my insurance would cover. It mostly involved plugs, cords, uncomfortable pumping bras, and being stuck in my seat. Needless to say, it wasn’t my favorite part of my day.
It only took a few weeks before I began desperately searching for another, better option. And boy did I!
The Willow Pump was a total game changer for me. It’s a chargeable (no cords!) hands free pump that you can wear under you clothes as you go about your daily duties. They are advertised as being discrete but that’s not the case for me so they’ve been lovingly named my Dolly Partons ;). They come with me everywhere! Being able to fold laundry, type on my computer, DRIVE, and even easily pick up my baby all while pumping is the ultimate multi-task and I’m here for it!
The Willow Pumps are a bit on the spendy side but I’d buy them 10 times over for the freedom they’ve given me. These liquid gold catchers are worth their weight in gold!

C’s tips:
I didn’t care much for the bags. They were harder to use and cumbersome to store. Instead, I opted for the reusable containers.
If you are pumping regularly, especially away from your home, purchase 2 sets of the reusable containers! Saves you from the hassle of cleaning pumps around the clock.
If you feel like your supply might be lacking, it could be due to older pump parts. It’s recommended you replace certain parts every few months to keep the pump in tip-top shape.
If you are unable to wash your pump in-between sessions, you can store them in the fridge to keep them sanitary. I use these large reusable gallon bags!
Lastly, If you are creating a freezer supply, I LOVED this milk storage organizer. It saved space and kept things nice and tidy!
