Our little ones really do watch our every move. I knew my daughter needed her own play makeup set when I found she had successfully scaled the toilet to my cabinet and smeared the brightest red lipstick I own all over her lips. She did a pretty decent job, TBH. Proud moment! Also, locks on everything. She was delighted with her own set and I keep it in our bathroom so when mama does her makeup, little D can do hers too.
This set is the perfect size: not too much stuff (I have a limit on how many toys I can handle) that fits perfectly into its own zipper case. Each item has helped her practice dexterity by opening and closing in different ways (pops, twists, claps, zips, etc) which has been an added bonus! -C
MOTHERHOOD TIP: we always prioritize kid safety with each toy and product we order. We do the “mom pull” to make sure there aren’t any loose items. This test resulted in me deciding to super glue the makeup pieces in place for extra tight holds before gifting it to my 2 year old. This is my favorite super glue!
Role play is one of the best forms of learning for children. I’m so happy I got this doctor set for my son as we’ve had our fair share of bumps and bruises and Dr. visits. He takes his role as resident Dr. very seriously and is quick to grab it with every “ouch” in the house! Treatment typically ends with a kiss better and a sucker for good measure.
