Out of all the things to navigate as a new mom, nursing may have been the most difficult for me. And I don’t think I’m alone in that! The boppy pillow<\/a> was SO nice for me to have as I tried different nursing positions. Ultimately, about 2 months into my baby’s life, nursing didn’t work out for us- I ended up exclusively pumping instead. But I was sad that my boppy pillow<\/a> didn’t get much use until I found the Speech Sisters<\/a> and got serious about looking into helping my baby “talk on track”. One of the tips they share is to sit your baby facing you on your lap WITH the boppy pillow<\/a> holding them up to read them a book. That way they can see the book AND your mouth as you read to them! What a genius idea!! I got more use out of the boppy pillow<\/a> than I originally thought I would, and that made me happy. I thought I would share with you guys, my internet mom friends, in hopes it might help one of you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
