Dr Browns Cheers 360 Training Cup
I was a bit overwhelmed transitioning my baby from a bottle to cups. There were so many options! Luckily, I have an amazing sister-in-law who has a baby 3 months older than mine and researches everything! With tips from my sis, friends, and mom, I landed on these 3 cups! I love all three and will share why we keep them on rotation.

My sis recommended these take and toss cups for teaching little ones to suck through a straw. They are ridiculously affordable. The straw in stiff so baby learns not to bite/chew it. Give the cup a little squeeze while drinking to help baby learn that water is there!
Munchkin Click-lock weighted straw cup
This was by far the most recommended cup! The straw is weighted so no matter what way the baby holds the cup, they can still get a drink! The straw also has a valve that limits the amount of liquids that come out, making it spill-proof as well as an easier transition for baby. It has an attached lid that covers the straw when not in use. I don’t drive anywhere in the heat without this cup for my baby. I got a single one just to try it out and immediately fell in love and got more. I recommend starting with the 2 pack!
Dr Browns Cheers 360 Training Cup
Lastly, Dr Brown’s Cheers 360 Training Cup is perfect for teaching little one’s to drink out of a big cup. It requires they tip the cup but can suck from any side of the spill proof lid. It’s pretty cool how it works! My little one feels so proud with every mouthful of water!
Hope this helps any mamas making the bottle-to-cup transition with their little love!
P.S. I recommend using all three cups for water only!
