You can also boil and freeze them! There is a one piece valve that keeps the liquid from spilling out and even that piece is removable and dishwasher safe. Although we are trying to help our toddler learn out to drink from regular cups, these are great for travel, in the car, or for special occasions when we don’t want any spills.
