My mom made these for me a few months ago and I CANNOT get enough of them!! I would request she make them every time I went to my parents’ house- but I finally caved and bought the ingredients myself. My toddler and I eat them at least 3 times a week!
Ingredients:
Gala Apple
Almond Butter
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Slice your apple into rings and hollow out the middle. Add a layer of almond butter first, coconut flakes next, and chocolate chips last! I hope you enjoy as much as I do! XOXO, J
